Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-29
These terms cover travelhistorytool.com, operated by Guo Yetao, an individual seller in China. Using the tool means agreeing to these terms. For help using it, email support@travelhistorytool.com. We reply within 24 hours.
What the tool does
TravelHistoryTool reads dates and countries from the records you choose to upload or paste, organizes a trip list and calculates day totals for checking travel history for U.S. naturalization (Form N-400) and UK settlement (ILR). You can review and edit the list, then use a purchased export to generate a PDF.
You are buying use of software. The purchase does not include a government service, application submission, representation, human review of your records or legal consultation. Customer support only explains how to use the tool.
Legal disclaimer
TravelHistoryTool is independent, self-service software for organizing travel records and calculating day totals.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or immigration advice.
We are not affiliated with USCIS, CBP, the UK Home Office, or any government agency.
Calculations and exports do not determine eligibility and are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney or regulated immigration adviser.
Check every date against your own records before you use an export.
Your records and responsibility to check
Only submit materials that belong to you or that you have the right to use. Passport uploads must be of your own passport. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy, including its rules against false records and impersonation.
Automatic recognition can miss or misread dates and countries, especially in unclear images. A booking may have been changed or cancelled, and a source record may be incomplete. Compare each trip with your own evidence and correct the list before exporting it.
The output is a record-organizing aid. It is not an official travel record, an eligibility decision or a guarantee that an authority will accept a document or application. You decide how to use the checked list.
No account and local storage
There is no registration or sign-in. The working trip list and your edits are stored in your browser's localStorage. Clearing the site's browser data removes them, and we cannot restore a list that was only stored there.
Keep your unlock code private and retain the email containing it. Your browser stores the code for convenience; our server holds the code and remaining export count. The Privacy Policy explains the separate processing of uploads, payments and PDFs.
Price, payment and export allowance
A one-time payment of $6.99 buys 5 PDF exports. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Each successful PDF export uses one of those five exports. A failed export does not reduce your remaining count.
Payment is processed by Waffo, acting as Merchant of Record, or PayPal. We do not see your full card number. Provide an email address at payment so we can send your unlock code and PDF. We keep the unlock code and remaining export count on our server.
PDF delivery
When you export, your submitted list is processed on our server to create the PDF. The PDF is stored for 24 hours for QR-code downloads and email links, then automatically deleted. Download and keep a copy during that period.
If you supply an email address for delivery, we use Resend to send an email with the PDF attached. An attachment you receive or a copy you download remains with you after our hosted copy is deleted.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied, email support@travelhistorytool.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. See the Refund Policy for how to request it.
Permission to process your material
You keep your rights in the records you submit. You give us permission to process them through the providers described in the Privacy Policy only as needed to carry out your request. This does not transfer ownership of your documents to us.
Service limits and misuse
Each upload request is limited to 20 files, with a maximum size of 10 MB per file. Cloudflare Turnstile and IP-based rate limits help prevent abuse. Do not bypass those controls or use the service to forge records, impersonate someone or access another person's material.
We may reject requests or restrict access when necessary to stop misuse or protect the service. If you think a request was blocked by mistake, contact support@travelhistorytool.com. The Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules.
Processing can fail or be interrupted. A failed PDF export does not use an export allowance. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you, or exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
