Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-29
TravelHistoryTool helps you organize real travel records and check day totals. These rules apply to uploaded files, pasted text, imported data, edits and exported PDFs.
Use material you have the right to use
Only upload or paste your own records or material you have the right to use. If a booking or other record contains information about fellow travellers, remove details that are not needed for your own trip list.
Passport photos must show your own passport. Do not upload another person's passport, use their identity or try to obtain their travel history through this service.
Keep the record truthful
Do not use the tool to invent trips, change dates to misrepresent events, forge passport stamps or other evidence, or create a false record for an application. Editing is for correcting recognition errors and entering accurate information from your records.
Do not impersonate another person or present a TravelHistoryTool PDF as a document issued, certified or approved by a government agency.
Check the results yourself
Check dates, countries and the completed list against your own records before using an export. Automatic recognition and source documents can contain errors or gaps. A day total does not decide whether you qualify for a visa, settlement or citizenship.
We do not offer human review of travel records or legal consultations. Support answers questions about operating the tool. The full legal disclaimer is in our Terms of Service.
Respect the service limits
Upload no more than 20 files per request, with each file no larger than 10 MB. Do not evade Cloudflare Turnstile checks or IP-based rate limits, overwhelm the service with automated requests, upload malicious files or attempt to access another person's PDF or unlock code.
Reporting a problem or a mistaken block
To report misuse or ask about a blocked request, email support@travelhistorytool.com. Describe what happened without attaching someone else's passport or travel documents. We reply within 24 hours.
We may reject requests or restrict access to stop a violation or protect the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction was a mistake. This does not replace or narrow the Refund Policy or your rights under applicable law.
